As part of the Protection! Licensing Toolkit suite, a leading multi-platform protection and licensing software solution, jProductivity has been offering their customers Protection! Enterprise, a complete turnkey solution designed to bring real value to software publishers by providing full automation of licensing processes. However, Protection! Enterprise did not support tight integration between outbound prospecting efforts and lead tracking, customer contact information, and sales data to support up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
With Protection! Connect, software publishers can integrate their current Protection! Enterprise solution with the industry leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and leverage CRM's powerful capabilities of customer management and analytical tools to identify new leads, expand intelligence on existing customers, qualify prospects and create targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
